Take a deep breath and connect to the present moment.  Yoga is your tool to guide you back to your true self.  Drawing from the practices of Ashtanga, Vinni, Bikram, Resorative and Power Yoga, Paula Fortunato encourages the body to settle into practice, letting go of the outside world into a gentle purifying sweat, then slowing down to a soothing, regenerative finish.
