Fitness designed for women, this is an intense full body workout and a lot of fun!    Our teachers combine an exciting blend of pilates and yoga movements and stretching in the warm up, then students learn exotic dance routines and pole tricks making a great aerobic dance workout!   Increase flexibility, strength and tone.  One of our most popular classes, these sell out so be sure to make your reservation a head of time.
