Chris Rudy is a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He creates individual fitness programs using an integrated blend of weight training, balance core/abdominal and cardiovascular exercises.
Chris was a featured personal trainer on the Discovery Channel's "National Body Challenge" series in 2004. His client lost 28 pounds and won the competition!

In addition to years of experience as an AFAA trainer, she has added her AFPA certification as a "Children's Fitness and Nutrition Specialist", addressing one of the most serious problems with America's youth- obesity and lack of physical activity. She is committed to working with kids and young adults to find fun and effective ways for them to include exercise in their daily lives and develop healthy food choices.
Sylvia blends Mat Pilates, Yoga and resistance training into her own unique style that continues to achieve results for Oasis' clients. |

Leilani Smith |

Leilani holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Aikido. She found her calling as soon as she stepped onto a martial arts mat and quickly realized her talents as a personal trainer/self defense instructor. Peaceful yet strong, she is a great example for the girls who train at Oasis.
She also uses her organizational skills in charity to help homeless and battered women. Leilani is available for one on one personal training as well as self defense training. |
